Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process is different than the conventional hiring process. We follow following steps before accepting the team member.
- Initial Screening – We assess the technical and personal skill of the candidate with up to two rounds interviews.
- Probation – We usually provide 3 months probation period to develop and nurture the candidate’s skill. Probation period may vary with the candidate.
- Full Time – We offer full time employment with all the benefit after probation period.
