Team Coordinator/Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and supportive Team Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee and guide our team toward success. This role involves fostering a positive team environment, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and orchestrating impactful events. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, team management, and promoting a cohesive and productive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure team members adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist, organize, and execute team events, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and immediate managers to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance team morale and engagement.
  • Encourage teamwork, open communication, and a supportive work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Address conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, managers, and upper management.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established goals and processes.
  • Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with procedures and completion of their tasks.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and address resource needs and challenges.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes that are in place to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for teams and managers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Proactively providing optimum support and initiations to managers and upper management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicts professionally and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and task prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
